If you see the message "You are not authenticated" this is usually because of one of two things.
You are using a browser that is not fully supported, we recommend you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Or you are using a recommended browser and Cookies are not enabled.
To enable Cookies on your Google Chrome browser:

Click on the kebab menu (three dots) on the top right of your browser window.

Select "Settings" from the dropdown

Go to "Privacy and security" on the left hand menu

Click on "Cookies and other site data"

Scroll down to "Customized behaviours"

Press "Add" next to "Sites that can always use cookies"

Add https://www.valuationexchange.com/ in the box that opens and then click "Add"
Once you have applied these settings, refresh your browser and you should be able to access the reports.
To enable Cookies on your Microsoft Edge browser:

Click on the kebab menu (three dots) on the top right of your browser window.

Select "Settings" from the dropdown

Go to "Cookies and site permissions" on the left hand menu

Click on "Manage and delete cookies and site data"

Press "Add" next to "Allow"

Add https://www.valuationexchange.com/ in the box that opens and then click "Add"
Once you have applied these settings, refresh your browser and you should be able to access the reports.
